Safety and Security

At Danville Public Schools, the safety of our students, staff, and facilities is our highest priority.

Visitor Expectations

All visitors must check in at the front office upon arrival with their photo ID. Visitors must stay within their designated areas and adhere to all school policies and rules while on campus.

Emergency Drills

Our school conducts regular fire, tornado, earthquake, and lockdown drills. Prior to lockdown drills, you will be contacted by the principal to confirm a drill is taking place. You will also be notified when it has concluded.

Reporting Bullying

Our school takes bullying and its prevention very seriously. If you are aware of a bullying incident, please report it to an administrator immediately.
